When you submit an enquiry, the name or company, email address, optional phone and website, selected service and message are processed to answer your request and continue pre-contract communication. The form is delivered through Cloudflare to a Make automation, recorded in Google Sheets and used to send a notification email. Make and Google may process this information as service providers. Enquiry records and correspondence are kept only as long as needed for that purpose or legal obligations.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is used only after you allow analytics. It may process a client identifier, session information, approximate location, device and browser information, pages viewed and interactions. Advertising storage and personalisation are denied in this implementation. You can reject analytics or change your choice through Cookie settings.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access to deliver and protect the site. Its processing follows Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, analytics configuration or service providers change. The latest version and date will remain available on this page.
